Max Noir is the trading name of Max Hillman, a sole trader based in Brighton, UK. I'm responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact me about it at maxnoir.uk@gmail.com.
I don't sell your information, add you to a mailing list or use it for advertising.
A few services help me run things, and they process your information on my behalf: Formspree (contact form), Google (email and file delivery), Netlify (website hosting) and my invoicing software. Some of these providers store data outside the UK, under the legal safeguards UK data protection law requires. I'll only share your information with anyone else where the law requires it, such as HMRC.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email maxnoir.uk@gmail.com and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
